NSBB Truck Scale Kiosks 2 and 4 Printer Relay

If the printer is hoding the last page of the print, or the printer is not responsive, follow these steps for initial troubleshooting.

In RDM, we have added two items, Kiosk 2 Relay and Kiosk 4 Relay. These are web based power relays that cycle power to the printers as seen below.

Double-Click the desired kiosk's relay, and click the "Pulse" button on the page.

This will cause the "Relay OFF" field to turn green, and then return to the OFF position. BOTH FIELDS SHOULD STATE "OFF" and remain red for normal operation.
This action takes roughly 15 seconds from pressing the pulse button to when the paper feeds.

The truck driver may still have to reach up and grab the paper as it may not totally feed the paper from the box.
