SRT SharePoint Form

NSBB Apps - Safety Resource Shift Report - All Items (sharepoint.com)

This new form can be found by going to the Safety SharePoint page and selecting the Safety Resource Team Button.

Here you will find the Link to the 3PM meeting (Contractor Supervisor Meeting) and the new SRT Report Form.

Once you select the form, Hit the “New” button in the upper left corner, fill out the items listed in the form add any photos or attachments from the day, and hit save.

This will then automatically send this to the Supervisor, Managers, Construction Team, and Safety Team email distribution lists.
