Change Account Profile Picture In a web browser, navigate to www.office.com If you are logged in to your Microsoft account on your computer, you will be taken directly to the landing page. If you are not, use your email address and email password to log. In the upper right corner of the screen, click on the circle that contains either your picture or your initials (if you do not already have a picture): In the panel that opens, click on your initials or picture: A new window will open. Add a photo by clicking on Upload a new photo (1) and selecting the saved photo that you would like to use. Use the slider underneath the picture to zoom in or out as desired (2). Once changes are complete, click Apply (3): Your photo will update, then click the Done button.
