Microsoft Teams Rooms (Derby, Gratitude, Bluegrass, Teamwork) To Join a Teams Call Touch the control panel to wake up the system. Scheduled meetings will be listed on the left side of the control panel. Press the “Join” button to join the meeting. If joining a WebX or Zoom meeting the call MUST have already been started by the host. To control room volume use the plus, minus, and mute buttons at the bottom of the panel. To mute the room microphones press the microphone button at the bottom of the panel. To select between camera or presentation view press the layout. Select either Gallery, Combined, or Presentation. A laptop connected to the Airmedia can be shown to all participants in presentation mode. Press the red button to exit the call. To Start a Teams Call Touch the control panel to wake up the system. Press the “New meeting” button to open the invitation dialog. Enter the name of a person or room to invite them to the meeting. Press the “Invite” button and the other party will receive and incoming call notification. Once they accept the call will start and additional participants can be added. To mute the room microphones press the microphone button at the bottom of the panel. To select between camera or presentation view press the layout. Select either Gallery, Combined, or Presentation. A laptop connected to the Airmedia can be shown to all participants in presentation mode. Press the red button to exit the call. To use the PC Press the power button on the PC mounted behind the display. At this point the control panel will be disabled until the PC is turned off. The PC will now be displayed and can be controlled using the wireless mouse and keyboard. The PC can be used to make conference calls if the “Echo Cancelling Speakerphone (Crestron UC)” is selected for speaker and microphone in the PC sound settings. To mute the room microphones press the microphone button at the bottom of the panel. Turn off the PC when finished to restore control to the control panel. The PC must be turned of completely, not just put into Sleep mode. To Use the Airmedia Touch the control panel to wake up the system. Press the “Present” button if the Airmedia screen is not on the display. Make sure the laptop is connected to the NSBB Guest or Team Member wireless network. Open a browser and enter the IP address shown in the lower left corner of the display. Click on “Start Presenting” to download the Crestron application. When prompted enter the code shown below the IP address to begin presenting.
