Iverson Rooms

Welcome Page

To begin using the room press the “Press to Start” button. The projector will turn on in that room as well as any other room is combined with it. The touch panel will go to the Presentation page.

Presentation Single Room

Select Source will show the available video sources for the room.
Under Select Source press the source you would like to view. The video will be shown on the screen and the audio will be sent to the speakers.
Use the Volume controls on the right to control the volume level and mute for the video.

Audio Control Single Room

Audio control will show the available microphones for the room.
Use the Volume controls to control the volume level and mute for each microphone.
The main Volume control on the right side will not change the volume of any microphone.

Room Control Single Room

Presentation Combined Rooms

Select Source will show the available video sources for that room and any room that is combined with it.
Select Projector or Audio will show the available projectors for that room and any room that is combined with it. The audio represents the speakers for that room and any room that is combined with it.
Under Select Source press the source you would like to view or hear. That source will be highlighted.
Under Select Projector or Audio press the desired projector or audio. Different video sources can be sent to each projector. When Audio is pressed that source will be heard from the speakers in that room and any room that is combined with it.
Use the Volume controls on the right to control the volume level and mute for that room and any room that is combined with it.

Audio Control Combined Room

Audio control will show the available microphones for that room and any room that is combined with it.
The available microphones will be heard from the speakers in that room and in any room that is combined with it.
Use the Volume controls to control the volume level and mute for each microphone.
The main Volume control on the right side will not change the volume of any microphone.

Room Control Combined Room

Room control will show the available projectors for that room and any room that is combined with it.
Use the projector controls to control the power and video mute of any available projector.
The Room Combine Control button will toggle between manual and automatic room combining.
In automatic mode sensors will detect the position of the partition walls and combine or separate video and audio in the affected rooms.
In manual mode the user can press the combine buttons to combine or separate video and audio for any room regardless of the position of the partition walls.
This control should be left in Automatic mode for normal use.

Power Off Page

Press the red power button in the upper right corner to open the Power Off page.
Press the Cancel button to return to the previous page.
Press the Power Off button to turn off the projector for that room and any room that is combined with it.
The touch panel will go to the Welcome Page.

Auto Power Off Page

At 8pm each evening the Auto Power Off Page will pop up on the touch panel of any room that has not been shut down.
If a user is currently using the room they can press the Cancel button to close the page and cancel the shut down.
If the Cancel button is not pressed the rooms will shut down after 2 minutes.
